Journeying with the Elect

In preparation for producing a documentary of the Paschal Triduum 2011, I recently oversaw the production of several half-hour TV programs following the elect on their journey to the baptismal waters at St Thomas More Catholic Church in Chapel Hill, NC. The first episode includes the Rite of Election, interviews with one of our elect and her sponsor, and some catechetical explanations. The second episode includes the celebration of a scrutiny and the Presentation of the Lord’s Prayer as well as interviews with our pastor and two more of our elect.
