Happy Feast of St. Cloud, the namesake of our local diocese! This celebration has the rank of “solemnity” for parishes within the city of St. Cloud. Elsewhere in the Diocese of St. Cloud, it is celebrated as a feast.

In this inspiring message, Bishop Patrick Neary — Bishop of the Diocese of St. Cloud and recently appointed chairman of the Catholic Relief Services board of directors— reflects on today’s feast. St. Cloud was a patron whose life turned traditional power on its head. By renouncing earthly status and choosing a path of prayer, humility, and peace, St. Cloud models how true kingship is found in serving Christ rather than seeking worldly authority.
Join us as we reflect on how small, everyday acts of service and forgiveness can reshape our lives and heal the world around us.
