In this reflection, Barbara uses the imagery of an abundant harvest to explore why it often feels difficult to find laborers to gather it. People frequently make things too complicated by trying to do all the work alone, rather than relying on grace and recognizing that Christ has already done the heavy lifting. The invitation today is to joyfully reap the harvest and proclaim the present reality of God’s love and the kingdom of God.
