Saint John’s School of Theology and Seminary is now enrolling for an online synchronous course titled “Preaching the Rites,” taught by Deacon Frank Agnoli.
The course will explore approaches to preaching at occasional rites – focusing on baptisms, weddings, and funerals. Given the diversity of persons who might gather for these rites of passage, how might the preacher speak a word that is both welcoming as well as evangelizing?
Dates: Thursday: 1/29, 2/5, 2/12, 2/19, 2/26, 3/5, +1:1 meeting during the week of 3/9
