Very Rev. Peter Williams to offer online lecture

FITZROY, VICTORIA, AUSTRALIA On May 8, 2022 at 7:00 pm CDT (May 9, 2022, 10:00 am AEST) the Australian Catholic University Centre for Liturgy is pleased to present The Very Rev Peter Williams, AM, for a public lecture on the topic: โ€œThe Ars Celebrandi: itโ€™s everyoneโ€™s responsibility.โ€ In the light of the recent publication of Traditiones Custodes those in the liturgical academy and pastoral practitioners of the liturgy are charged with responding to the on-going challenge of liturgical renewal in a post COVID-19 environment. This lecture will explore the Ars Celebrandi through a different lens, using a social scientific methodology to investigate the point of view of the liturgical โ€œuserโ€ rather than the liturgical โ€œproviderโ€ and will advance a fresh approach to liturgical catechesis that equips everyone to celebrate the liturgy well.ย

Very glad to hear about this. Will there be a recording available for those who cannot participate live?
