Online Forum: Pandemic Liturgy Indoors and Outdoors

The next two Wednesdays there are online forums bringing together a liturgist and a public health expert to current practices and creatively think of improved processes during this time of pandemic:

• Wed, July 22, 10:30 am – 12:00 noon PDT:  Indoor Liturgies
       (= start at 11:30 am MDT;    12:30 pm CDT;   1:30 pm EDT)
• Wed, July 29, 10:30 am – 12:00 noon PDT:  Outdoor Liturgies
       (= start at 11:30 am MDT;   12:30 pm CDT;   1:30 pm EDT)
  

The panelists are:

• Johan van Parys, PhD, Director of Liturgy and the Sacred Arts, The Basilica of Saint Mary, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
• Michael Rozier, S.J., PhD, Assistant Professor, Health Management and Policy, College for Public Health and Social Justice, St. Louis University.
• Moderator:  Gilbert Sunghera, S.J., M.Arch., Associate Professor of Architecture, University of Detroit Mercy.

The forums will be broadcast via Facebook Live. You do not need a Facebook account to view the event, but you do to be able to submit questions to the panelists via the comment section. More information here.
