Christina Ronzio new director of national liturgy office in Canada

The Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops (CCCB) has hired Ms. Christina Ronzio as the next Director of the CCCB English-language office for liturgy and the sacraments, the National Liturgy Office (NLO), succeeding Father Terrence Fournier. Ms. Ronzio will officially begin her new position at the CCCB during this coming August 2018.

Ms. Ronzio holds a bachelor’s degree in religious studies, with a minor in church music and worship, from St. Jerome’s University, Waterloo, Ontario, and a master’s degree in liturgical studies from St. John’s University, Collegeville, Minnesota. Currently Director of Liturgy for the Diocese of Hamilton, she has also previously served in this capacity with the Diocese of Cleveland and before that with the Diocese of London. Father Fournier will be returning to ministry in the Diocese of Sault Ste-Marie.
