Has World Youth Day Mass typically been celebrated in Latin?

There has been, I believe, more Latin in recent years, but the last World Youth Day Mass in Spain was celebrated in a mix of Spanish and Latin. The Missal can be viewed here (pdf).

In the spirit of Sacrosanctum Concilium 36, Sacramentum Caritatis 62, and Dominicae Cenae 10, and, keeping alive the spirit of the great Pope John XXIII’s Veterum Sapientiae, I want to state that using Latin at international Masses is a saultary idea, although not strictly speaking necessary, as this announcement reaffirms. It will be interesting to see how this develops. Thanks for the heads up.
