Summer courses at Saint John’s School of Theology·Seminary

Registration is now open for Summer 2011 courses at Saint John’s School of Theology·Seminary.  Of special interest to our readership: Max Johnson will be teaching a course on Rites of Initiation; Fr. Anthony Ruff, OSB will be teaching Gregorian Chant I and II, over the course of one week; and Laszlo Simon, OSB will be teaching a course on the Psalms. Intensive courses are being offered for reading Latin, French, and Hebrew; systematic theology; moral theology; and monasticism.

    I’m quite interested in the Hebrew course. Like most grad students, I’m penniless. Maybe next year — have to hunt for those fellowships.

    Are the language offerings uniform from year to year? I’d like to come and see Collegeville. After my comments here at PrayTell, perhaps I shouldn’t.
