September 14, Exaltation of the Holy Cross, was Profession of Simple Vows of four novices at St. John’s Abbey. Here is the introit at the beginning of the procession, and here is the litany during profession of vows.

Very nice! Especially the introit with the drone or pedal point (not sure what it is called.) Very nice, indeed.
Interesting, too, to see the candles going before the cross. A very old tradition, but not sure from where. Sarum?
