Rev\u00edsese el rito del bautismo de los ni\u00f1os y ad\u00e1ptese realmente a su condici\u00f3n, y p\u00f3ngase m\u00e1s de manifiesto en el mismo rito la participaci\u00f3n y las obligaciones de los padres y padrinos<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El rito del bautismo de infantes vigente en la \u00e9poca del Concilio Vaticano II trataba a los ni\u00f1os como si fueran capaces de responder por s\u00ed mismos (por ejemplo: \u201c\u00bfqu\u00e9 pides a la Iglesia?\u201d, \u201c\u00bfes tu voluntad ser bautizado?\u201d). Dado que los ni\u00f1os candidatos eran incapaces de hablar, sus padrinos deb\u00edan responder por ellos.
