Entre estos principios y normas hay algunos que pueden y deben aplicarse lo mismo al rito romano que a los dem\u00e1s ritos. Sin embargo, se ha de entender que las normas pr\u00e1cticas que siguen se refieren s\u00f3lo al rito romano, cuando no se trata de cosas que, por su misma naturaleza, afectan tambi\u00e9n a los dem\u00e1s ritos.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El art\u00edculo tres constituye una transici\u00f3n del pre\u00e1mbulo doctrinal que aparece en los art\u00edculos 1 y 2 hacia el tratamiento de temas espec\u00edficos relativos a la reforma, la restauraci\u00f3n, la renovaci\u00f3n y la promoci\u00f3n de la Liturgia, que se abordar\u00e1n en los cap\u00edtulos siguientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Considero que es importante por dos razones:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1) Establece el patr\u00f3n que se repetir\u00e1 a lo largo del documento, al proporcionar un fundamento doctrinal para las normas, las directrices y las exhortaciones pr\u00e1cticas que se presentan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2) Aclara que, si bien los fundamentos doctrinales se aplican a todos los ritos lit\u00fargicos cat\u00f3licos, la mayor\u00eda de las normas, las directrices y exhortaciones pr\u00e1cticas solo se aplican al rito romano. Esto se desarrollar\u00e1 con mayor detalle en el siguiente art\u00edculo, donde espero que analicemos por qu\u00e9 los Padres Conciliares consideraron necesario declarar la igual dignidad de los diversos ritos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Michael Joncas<\/strong> Ordenado sacerdote en 1980 en la Arquidi\u00f3cesis de St. Paul-Minneapolis, Minnesota, el Padre (Jan) Michael Joncas es licenciado en Filolog\u00eda Inglesa por el (entonces) College of St. Thomas en St. Paul, Minnesota, y en Estudios Lit\u00fargicos por la Universidad de Notre Dame, Indiana, y el Pontificio Instituto Lit\u00fargico del Ateneo S. Anselmo en Roma. Ha ejercido como vicario parroquial, capell\u00e1n universitario y administrador parroquial (p\u00e1rroco). Es autor de seis libros y m\u00e1s de doscientos cincuenta art\u00edculos y rese\u00f1as en revistas como Worship, Ecclesia Orans y Questions Liturgiques. Ha compuesto y arreglado m\u00e1s de 300 piezas de m\u00fasica lit\u00fargica.
