Has your mission evolved overtime?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We began<a href=\"https:\/\/teaminitiation.com\/\"> Team Initiation<\/a> (formerly TeamRCIA) in 2007 to support and empower catechumenate leaders in their ministry of faith formation. Our core mission is to help these leaders:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build confidence in their gifts and skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create deeper spiritual engagement with seekers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find more joy and less stress in their ministry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Our ministry has evolved significantly, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. We began as a simple blog platform and eventually transitioned into an in-person training organization. When the COVID-19 pandemic happened, we had to stop doing in-person training. So we shifted to a comprehensive membership-based platform. That is our primary ministry today, although now we still maintain some live training capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who is your main &#8220;audience&#8221;? Whom do you hope to include in the future?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Primary Audience:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Catechumenate leaders and ministers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parish teams involved in Christian initiation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Current and emerging church leaders in faith formation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Future Growth:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Team Initiation is focusing on emerging, younger leaders in catechumenate ministry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are also reaching out to those who prefer digital learning and resources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And we are considering expanding into faith formation areas beyond the catechumenate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What initiatives are you focused on at present? If people want to become involved\/attend, how would they do so? Whom should they contact?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While we still offer an abundance of free resources and training for visitors to our website, we are also focusing on our Team Initiation Membership platform.
