March 27, 2022 : 4th Sunday of Lent (Year C)<\/b><\/p>\n

This antiphon combines the Lord\u2019s invitation to us in Holy Communion with the story of the return of the Prodigal Son, in particular Luke 15:31. God offers us everything that he has: his most precious Son.<\/span><\/p>\n

The psalm verses are taken from Ps 78, the story of the feeding with manna of the Israelites in the desert, which is today\u2019s 1st Reading from the Book of Joshua.<\/span><\/p>\n

Those celebrating the Scrutinies will use the <\/span>Year A antiphon<\/b>:<\/span><\/p>\n

The text of the antiphon comes directly from Ephesians 5:8-14, today\u2019s 2nd Reading (Year A). It is combined with a selection of verses depicting the results of the action of the light of the Lord, from Isaiah 58 and 60.
