Today\u2019s Gospel focuses on Peter\u2019s declaration of faith:<\/p>\n

Master, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. (John 6:68)<\/p>\n

Psalm verses are large extracts from John 6, combining \u201cI am the bread of life\u201d with \u201cI am the word of life\u201d.<\/p>\n

Sung during the procession to receive communion, this simple eight-word refrain allows us to profess our faith in the Lord we receive.<\/p>\n
