Everyone knows times of despair, without any hope. In those times, we can learn a lot about God: He is the one who is still there when everything else is gone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It can be\ntough to speak with God when there is no one else left.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today\u2019s\nintroit knows this and makes us experience it by repeating the note of di-<em>xit<\/em> seven times. This is not \u2013 as\nGregorian Chant used to be sung for a long time \u2013 a single tone of septupled\nlength.
