In the night between Sunday and Monday he seems to have suffered a stroke, arriving at the hospital Monday morning. His condition is reported to be unstable and he is under close observation. Italian media are already speculating about a transfer on Wednesday to the renowned Gemelli hospital.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/praytellblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Marini.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-34600 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/praytellblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Marini.jpg\" alt=\"marini\" width=\"118\" height=\"158\" \/><\/a>Archbishop Marini served as secretary to Archbishop Annibale Bugnini, architect of the liturgical reforms mandated by the Second Vatican Council. Marini is seen as a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Challenging-Reform-Realizing-Liturgical-Renewal\/dp\/0814630359\" target=\"_blank\">strong supporter of the Vatican II reforms<\/a> by supporters and detractors alike.
