From this morning\u2019s Mass with the pope<\/a> in the\u00a0guesthouse chapel:<\/p>\n

The Pope said one example of this resistance [to the Holy Spirit] <\/em>was the Second Vatican council which he called \u201ca beautiful work of the Holy Spirit.\u201d But 50 years later, \u201chave we done everything the Holy Spirit was asking us to do during the Council,\u201d he asked. The answer is \u201cNo,\u201d said Pope Francis. \u201cWe celebrate this anniversary, we put up a monument but we don\u2019t want it to upset us. We don\u2019t want to change and what\u2019s more there are those who wish to turn the clock back.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
