Note that they categorize \u201cactuosa participatio\u201d as having both external and internal components. They wisely remind pastors that there is no \u201cone size fits all\u201d liturgical education\/formation program, but that initiatives in pastoral liturgy must take into account worshipers\u2019 wide variety of educational backgrounds, interests and depth of catechesis\/mystagogy.
