The prefect is Cardinal Antonio Ca\u00f1izares Llovera, the Secretary is Archbishop Arthur Roche, and the Undersecretary is Msgr. Tony Ward, SM.\u00a0\u00a0Ward is usually credited as the author of <em>Liturgiam Authenticam<\/em> and a co-author of <em>Redemptionis Sacramentum<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Abbot Zielinski has been the Vice President of the Pontifical Commission for the Cultural Heritage of the Church, and Vice President of the Pontifical Commission for Sacred Archaeology. He was named a consultor to the Congregation two years ago this month, as <a href=\"https:\/\/praytellblog.com\/index.php\/2010\/11\/03\/consultors-named-to-the-congregation-for-divine-worship\/\" target=\"_blank\">reported earlier<\/a> on <em>Pray Tell<\/em> along with some other familiar names of a similar persuasion.<\/p>\n<p>A flavor of his views can be gained from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.liturgysociety.org\/JOURNAL\/Volume14\/14.1Zielinski.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">a recent paper<\/a> on the Culture and Heritage of the Classical Roman Rite.<\/p>\n<p>A websearch also reveals that he presided at a Pontifical High Mass in the EF in April 2009 at the London Oratory.
