Ruff,<\/p>\n<p>Thanks very much for all of the interesting posts on <em>Pray Tell!<\/em>\u00a0\u00a0I check it often and enjoy it greatly.<\/p>\n<p>As you know, we&#8217;ve entered the &#8220;Fortnight for Freedom&#8221; as promoted by the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops. \u00a0On Sunday my parish will celebrate &#8220;Evening Prayer\u00a0for Religious Liberty&#8221; as part of this campaign. \u00a0I would love for someone on PTB to reflect on liturgy as political ideology (not that this is a new thing). The liturgical resources <a href=\"http:\/\/www.usccb.org\/issues-and-action\/religious-liberty\/fortnight-for-freedom\/index.cfm\" target=\"_blank\">from the USSCB<\/a> for this fortnight all seem like they have an axe to grind. \u00a0Is the liturgy the best way to do this?
