Our <a href=\"https:\/\/praytellblog.com\/index.php\/2009\/12\/30\/hello-world\/\">first post<\/a> tried to capture <em>Pray Tell&#8217;s <\/em>mission as it was understood at that time. Our mission continues to evolve in response to a rapidly changing world and church.<\/p>\n<p>Here is our mission statement:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>Pray Tell\u00a0<\/em>promotes the ongoing renewal of the liturgy\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>and its transformative effect<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">in the life of the Church and the world.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Here is our vision statement:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><i>Pray Tell<\/i> will be a community of practitioners, scholars, and all who love liturgy, committed to providing resources and support to encourage fruitful dialogue, to build up the churches, to foster equity and just relationships, to promote the conciliar, ecumenical heritage of liturgical renewal, and to serve as a prophetic voice for the modern world.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pray Tell began on January 1, 2010.
