Our pastor made the announcement last week-end! -
While I have a liturgical color scheme in choosing my clothing for liturgy (it includes many more colors than the standard ones), this “encouragement” to wear red for Pentecost runs up against my tendency to begin to think differently as soon some argues in a certain direction.
Hmm. White for WhitSunday? Gold for any festive occasion? Blue for “out of the blue” Oh yes I do use blue. Often in fact. Usually a deep blue. Its my favorite color.
